Brooks Lincoln Electric Stairlift
The Brooks Lincoln Electric Stairlift offers a stylish choice, with a neat and slim design with all the benefits and of other systems. Added features are available to make sure this is easy to use. The Brooks Lincoln Electric Stairlift can be installed on the majority of straight stairs, the track is fixed to the stairs and it leaves plenty of room on the staircase for other users.
This Electric Stairlift is battery operated and charged automatically whilst on the track at the top and bottom. This keeps the battery fully charged when not in use, so your stairlift will continue to work in the event of a power failure. The Stairlift is designed so it can be folded up meaning only minimum storage space is needed when this Mobility Stairlift is not in use. The Brooks Stairlift is protected by a key switch and when switched on, the control toggle is simple held in the direction of travel.
On arrival at the top of the stairs the seat is turned to face the landing so that you can get on and off your Electric Stairlift with ease. In the event that your staircase has a 90° corner landing at the top with stairs to the final landing, it may be possible to fit a platform system.
Freelift Electric Stairlifts
The Freelift range of Electric Stairlifts, Van Gogh and Rembrandt have been designed with the help of both therapists and users alike to save maximum space and be able to be fitted on either the inside or outside of your staircase. The Van Gogh and Rembrandt Mobility Stairlifts come with a choice of seat and rail colours which will fit stylishly into your home.
The Van Gogh Electric Stairlift (shown right) is designed for use on the outside bend of a curved staircase. It consists of a single tubular rail, which is less than 8cm in diameter, and provides a safe, smooth and comfortable ride up even the most complicated of staircases. It runs almost silently and the compact design allows plenty of space for the other users of the stairs.
The Rembrandt Mobility Stairlift has the same luxurious and low-noise qualities as the Van Gogh Stairlift, but is specially designed for the inside bend of the stairs. Because the rail runs above the narrow side of stairs, the broad section of the stairs remains completely free for other stair users.
